Hey, remember when the Wii caught on, and we discovered that we were a nation of people completely unable to keep any sort of grip on a cheap piece of plastic? Remember how many TVs we destroyed? Remember how we thought that was the most destructive motion gaming could get?
Naive days, friends, naive days. Now that the Kinect has caught on with the suburbanites of America, we’ve upgraded from breaking our electronics to breaking ourselves. For example, Kotaku has a report about a Colorado housewife breaking her foot because she landed wrong while playing a Kinect game. And apparently this isn’t uncommon.
Geez, we remember the good old days, when playing video games only hurt your eyes.
