The mammoth statue took nearly a month to build, and weighs about 3500 tons; the most snow ever used for a sculpture at the festival. Considering the current piles of snow in some areas of the country, perhaps we should import the sculptors over here for a tour. Hey, if it has to sit on our sidewalks, at least it can be pretty.
