But more importantly, Jek Tono Porkins (AKA X-Wing pilot Red Six) is finally getting the recognition he so richly deserves in the extensive deleted scenes that totally for real were included on the Star Wars Blu-rays and weren’t at all staged by HeyKillerFilms as a parody. Nope. All real. George Lucas made up for giving Porkins a stupid fat joke of a name by giving him a central role in several never-before released scenes.
We may have lost William Hootkins to pancreatic cancer in 2005, but his legacy as our favorite pork-themed named Star Wars supporting castmember will always live on in these completely real classic scenes:
