Don’t Worry, ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ Tickets Are Already Up On Ebay

In case you’re a Star Wars fan that has been living under a rock until right this second, opening night tickets for Episode VII — better known as The Force Awakens went on sale earlier this evening. Nothing else seems to matter tonight because everyone upon everyone has either procured entry to the most anticipated movie of the year or is earnestly attempting to. And while it’s pretty obvious that the main objective among fans unable to attend the opening night premiere across this fair nation will be to avoid spoilers the following week, the answer to your ticketless woes may have just come in the form of eBay.

Both Fandango and MovieTickets.com crashed earlier tonight due to the huge influx of prospective buyers looking for Star Wars tickets in their areas. And while it’s pretty evident that every theater in existence will allot more than enough screen space for the new JJ Abrams film, some business savvy folks have taken it upon themselves to purchase tickets and post them online. One user, particularly in the Arcadia, California area, listed a set of four for the unbelievably affordable price of just $400. Wait, what?!

Unlike bagged air from a Kanye West concert, Star Wars tickets hold a certain sort of value that is difficult to put into words for many. But four hundred dollars might be a wee bit too much for even the most diehard fan to shell out. Luckily for fans far and wide, a whole gaggle of ticket options have shown up on the online auction website over the past hour, so there is an array of options to choose from.

Or, you know, you could always wait and see the movie the following week. But, really, who wants to do that!?
