I like Blade Runner a whole lot, but Anders Ramsell of Sweden clearly loves the movie on a whole different level than I. Ramsell had done an animated version of Blade Runner’s opening scene using paintings. Yup, that’s right, paintings — 3,285 watercolors to be specific.

According to Ramsell he plans to animate the entire movie like this. Good for him. While he does that, I’ll be animating Legend using glitter pens.
