The Lizard Gets His Close-Up In Six Clips From 'The Amazing Spider-Man'

By: 06.08.12

Dr. Conners’ submission to the Justin Bieber contest was still less creepy than this one.

It seems like only yesterday I was writing a post about three The Amazing Spider-Man clips which started with “It seemed like only yesterday”. Oh, wait, that was yesterday. Anywho, we have six more videos to talk about today, all of which center around Rhys Ifans’ Curt Connors/The Lizard. The first clip takes place during a Midtown Science High School field trip to Oscorp Industries. The second video is a featurette where we get to see The Lizard speaking, and man do I hope they improve the way his lips move before the film comes out on July 3rd.

The last four videos are from a viral campaign. They show Dr. Connors’ video diaries during his serum research. Halfway through, it becomes obvious he’s tested the serum on himself and is starting to feel the side effects. Silly Lizard. You always test your serum on a homeless guy first.
