To explain why I’m playing a remake, let’s ask Hiro to show us the video game release schedule for this week! Hiro?
Yes, nothing! Absolutely nothing! It’s E3 this week, so nobody wanted to stay home and oversee a console release. Arguably, though, this is a pretty well-timed release, as it’s got the whole console schedule to itself until next week. It’s rather fitting that a group of criminals might get beaten up by Batman.
Anyway, Payday 2: Crimewave Edition is essentially the PC version of the game with all the DLC, bells and whistles, including graphics upgrades and, if memory of the original serves, hopefully some AI overhauls. Sorry, PS3 and Xbox 360 owners. You’re left out of this party.
