Tony And Friends Grind On Everything In The Latest Trailer For ‘Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5’

So, after a long fallow period, the Tony Hawk series is returning with Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 and the game is looking, uh, okay? The game certainly isn’t visually mind blowing. Honestly it mostly looks like a PS2 or Wii game.

That said, it does seems like the game is keeping it simple and providing the rail grinding, punk music and create-a-skatepark goodness everybody loved about the old games. And this time around you can skate with your friends online! As long as Activision doesn’t try to charge $60 for what is obviously a fairly low-budget game, I’m still on board for Tony Hawk 5. What about you folks?

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 grinds onto shelves September 29.
