Yup, they’re still doing World of Warcraft expansions. Who knew? World of Warcraft subscriber rates may finally be on the decline, but it looks like Blizzard’s taking a solid stab at reversing that trend with Warlords of Draenor.
This latest WoW expansion takes place in the past in the land of Draenor, the original home of the orcs back when they were still just burly flesh-colored dudes with a thing for wolf skins. In addition to the new land, there’s of course a new level cap and the ability to create your own garrison. Oh, and WoW’s dated characters models have received a revamp as well. It all seems a tad more compelling than the vaguely racist panda ninjas expansion Blizzard came out with last.
