It finally happened. An event nearly two years in the making: Post Malone and Allen Iverson finally met. Last night, the Stoney rapper and the NBA legend had the chance to occupy the same airspace, and even more incredibly, vibe out to Posty’s hit single “White Iverson.”
The 11-time all-star shared a video of that moment on his Instagram, and you can clearly see Post Malone is out of his mind happy to hang out with A.I. He confirmed that feeling by sharing a picture of the two of them together with an all-caps caption, “FINALLYYYYYYYYYDMRNEJSOFBRVRI.”

In a separate Instagram post, Iverson wrote that, “The culture has no boundaries!”
Posty has been trying to make this happen for quite some time. It actually almost took place last year in Dubai at a party hosted by a prominent Sheik. Going back to 2016, Iverson revealed to Complex that he was a fan of his namesake song and would like to meet the rapper at some point. “I want to meet him,” A.I. said. “He did an awesome job. I was just telling my friend on the way over here that when we get in the car, we hear [“White Iverson”] at least like 10 times a day. It definitely gets a lot of record play around here. And it’s just an honor for him to make a song with my name in it.”
