Steve Aoki is known for creating electronic/dance beats that bang hard in the trunk. “How Else” is no different, infusing Aoki’s creativity with the trap stylings of Rich The Kid and ILoveMakonnen. While Rich The Kid provides a competent verse, it’s Makonnen who’s the star of the show. His strange warblings and vocal intonations are a perfect fit for the fast-paced, high energy track. The video itself was shot at a party for Dim Mak’s 20th anniversary party during this spring’s Miami Music Week, which means there are plenty of images of girls, bikinis, twerking and kissing. Enough to make FOMO a very strong, real thing right now.
