Time to put on your cape and do a Batdance!
Adam West and Burt Ward, TV”s original Batman and Robin, are getting back together to voice a full-length animated feature. The movie, called Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders, will also feature the voice of the original Catwoman, Julie Newmar.
According to a promo video first released to EW.com, Batman and Robin will once again grab their cache of bat gadgets and fight against the Joker, Penguin and the aforementioned Catwoman. And the battles will take place on earth and in space.
West and Ward starred in the Batman TV show from 1966-68. The program ran for 120 episodes, and was even nominated for three Emmys, including Outstanding Comedy Series.
Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders will be available on Digital HD on October 11 and on Blu-Ray November 1.
