It appears that Bobbi Morse”s (a.k.a. Mockingbird) days are through on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
Deadline is reporting that the actress who plays Morse, one time Wonder Woman Adrianne Palicki, has joined the cast of Seth MacFarlane”s untitled space dramedy. In the show, Palicki plays Kelly, ex-wife of MacFarlane”s character, Ed, the pilot of a spaceship. FOX went straight to series with the program, ordering 13 episodes.
Palicki had been a series regular on S.H.I.E.L.D., appearing on 31 total episodes. She and co-star Nick Blood had been targeted for a spin-off series, Marvel's Most Wanted, but that show never made it past the pilot stage before getting the kibosh from ABC.
As for the MacFarlane series, that show is looking to kick off in the 2017-18 season.
