Comedy Central is giving period comedy a shot, and it looks like it's going to be a decadent affair. Check out Natasha Leggero (who flambeed Justin Bieber at his recent roast) and Riki Lindhome in the trailer for the snooty “Another Period.” (NSFW, language.)
“Another Period” is a cute title. Would've been down for “Snide and Prejudice” or “Withering Heights” too, but “Another Period” will do. The season will include guest appearances from Christina Hendricks and Michael Ian Black, so I'm expecting this will be a simultaneously glamorous and droll affair. Yes to that. I'll take this waltz.
