It”s been a while since we”ve heard anything official from “X-Men Apocalypse.” After a summer flurry of on-set candid moments and Entertainment Weekly photoshoots, everything calmed down as the film wrapped and headed to post-production. Yes it”s exciting that we”ll get to see Apocalypse in action soon. Hopefully he”ll look less like the younger purple brother of the Kool-Aid Man in action. But the real perplexing notion is that Professor Xavier STILL hasn”t lost his hair. Just look at the image on the screen behind Singer. There Charles sits, bold as brass with a full head of hair.

Is it a wig? Has something irrevocably changed in the timeline that keeps male-patterned baldness from afflicting the founder of Xavier”s School for Gifted Youngsters? Or does something more sinister cause the Professor to lose his luscious locks? After all, James McAvoy shaved his head for the role.

Or is that Magneto?
