Christopher Meloni plays the strange, protective father of Shailene Woodley in Gregg Araki's new film “White Bird in a Blizzard,” and he'll tell you himself that the role of Brock was both challenging and troubling for him.
“Brock made me very sad. I felt bad for him! I felt bad for Brock,” he said. “I tried not to play him that way, but I think that's what happened.”
Watching Meloni as Brock, it's hard not to compare his character to some of the more mysterious characters we've seen on “Law and Order: SVU.” So we quizzed the actor on his favorite “SVU” guest actors, as well his favorite actors in general and his most touching moments on set with Woodley. More than a few of the moments make Meloni pretty sad.
