DC superheroes and ‘American Horror Story’ lead Comic-Con Saturday schedule

The Saturday TV schedule at the upcoming San Diego Comic-Con is all about superheroes, witches, freaks and vampires. But mostly superheroes. 

DC and Warner Bros. have cooked up a comicbook extravaganza, booking three straight hours in Hall H in order to show off the highly anticipated series “Gotham” (making its world premiere), “The Flash” and “Constantine,” plus the hit returning series “Arrow.”

Meanwhile, fans will say goodbye to “True Blood,” while “American Horror Story” will be making its SDCC debut.

Plus, “Family Guy” meets “The Simpsons,” Syfy returns to the Con, and more. 

The Simpsons
The animated legend is celebrating its 25th anniversary with a panel focusing on the new Treehouse of Horror, Simpsorama, and much, much more.

“Once Upon a Time”

“Constantine”
Comic-Con fans are sure to turn out in droves for a look at the upcoming adaptation of the Vertigo Comics legend. Attendees will see a screening of the complete pilot, followed by a Q&A. “Constantine” premiers on NBC October 24.

“American Horror Story: Freak Show”
The FX miniseries making its Comic-Con debut with an exclusive look back at “Coven,” followed by an all-star panel and some exclusive secrets from”Freak Show.”

Warner Bros. television and DC Entertainment: “The Flash,” “Constantine,” “Arrow” and “Gotham”
All four small scren DC adaptations will be in one place, despite differences in networks. The three-hour event will begin with the world premiere public screening of “Gotham,” followed by a screening of the pilot episode of “The Flash.” Exclusive video presentations of “Arrow” and “Constantine” will follow, but it's not clear if this content will overlap with the previously listed “Constantine” panel. Cast and producers from all four series will make special appearances on stage throughout the night, with the festivities to be hosted by “Arrow” star Stephen Amell.

Who: Stephen Amell and, presumably, just about everyone else involved in the four shows.
