Guess how many Lego bricks are in this life-size Lego TARDIS

Geronimo! Let”s build a Lego TARDIS!

Or watch one being built… I”m not sure I”d have the patience to build this thing myself.

You can watch a time-lapse video of the construction of a Lego version of the Doctor”s time-and-spacecraft in the video below:

This video made me realize I really want a Weeping Angel minifig. As long as it doesn”t have the powers of the real thing.

Curious what the air duct inside this TARDIS is for? As explained on the Doctor Who Facebook page, where this video was posted, that air duct helped remove glue fumes since these artists were working in such a confined area.

The Doctor Who Facebook page also provided some stats on the Lego TARDIS – 75,000 bricks, 400 kilos, 300 hours to build – though it didn”t reveal how much it”s valued at.

Whatever it”s worth, they better not let that kid who broke the $15,000 Zootopia Lego sculpture go anywhere near this TARDIS.
