It seems like it should be a fun idea — a car/boat! Alas, it’s not so fun if you have to drive the hunk of junk, or at least that’s what Rutledge discovers on “Top Gear” (Tues. Oct. 29 at 9:00 p.m. on History).
In this exclusive clip, the poor guy gets behind the wheel even though the top of the car could be ripped off if he exceeds a whopping 50 MPH. There’s also a good chance for it to all catch on fire. At least he can drive the flaming monstrosity into the drink, though!
In the episode, Rut, Adam and Tanner put their car/boat contraption through a series of road tests before embarking on a huge water challenge — an attempt to cross Lake Ontario from Buffalo to Toronto. Fun, fun, fun!
