Exclusive clip: Woman is stuck in a toilet on ‘Untold Stories of the ER’

Women complain all the time about how their husbands and boyfriends forget to put down the toilet seat. Now, they might finally have a really strong argument to get their menfolk to change. In this exclusive clip from “Untold Stories of the ER” (airing Fri. Nov. 22 at 10:00 p.m. on Discovery Fit & Health), a woman is stuck on the john for 18 hours before paramedics are called. Eighteen. Hours. And why did this happen? Yup, her husband didn’t put down the toilet seat.

That’s not the end of it, of course. She has to get to the ER — with a toilet attached to her butt.  Bet the neighbors had fun with that one! Still, the upside is she now has the last word in every argument with her husband ever. “Yes, but YOU didn’t care enough about me to put down the toilet seat!”

Also in this episode, ER Doctor Matthew Valente must treat a nurse who has collapsed inexplicably while at work. Then, a medevac chopper delivers a severely injured man to the trauma room of Dr. Randy Jotte. One of the man”s legs has been mangled by a stump grinder, but that turns out to be the least of his troubles.
