Summit Entertainment has released the first official image from “Twilight Saga: New Moon” and rather than focusing on Robert Pattinson or Kristen Stewart, it introduces some of the franchise’s fresh faces.
The inaugural “New Moon” photo features Chaske Spencer, Alex Meraz, Kiowa Gordon and Bronson Pelletier, the four actors playing the Wolfpack protecting the Quileute tribe in both Stephenie Meyer’s books and Chris Weitz’s upcoming film.
All four actors, relative newcomers, have Native American (or First Nations) backgrounds, which will give them added authenticity when they get all lycanthropic with Taylor Lautner’s Jacob Black.
USA Today has a profile of the four actors.
