If you're one of the many fans still missing the craziness of True Blood, then you're in luck: the HBO series is set to become a Broadway musical. According to a report by the NY Post, HBO has been “quietly developing” the vampire hit into a musical with the help of Nathan Barr (who provided the music for the series) and original author Elizabeth Scott.
There still aren't many details – and I suspect there won't be any official confirmation for a while – but it does seem like there was already a table read. Only time will tell if the series will actually work as a musical but if American Psycho can get the Broadway treatment, then anything can.
