James Corden sends a text to Leo DiCaprio on J-Lo’s phone in newest ‘Carpool Karaoke’

The next edition of James Corden”s late night phenomenon “Carpool Karaoke” is here, and it”s 13-plus glorious minutes with Jennifer Lopez.

Most note-worthy non-musical moment in the new segment: Corden takes his guest”s phone, determines Leonardo DiCaprio to be the most famous person in her contacts, and texts the (finally) Oscar-winner a message that”s got J-Lo pretty embarrassed. Even better: Leos response.

As far as tunes go, the pair belted out singles from throughout Lopez”s career, from “Love Don”t Cost a Thing” to “On the Floor.” It all made for a number of delightful duets, but J-Lo sang solo for “Qué Hiciste,” performing with enough righteous anger to get Corden to apologize on behalf of all men.

Other highlights: The duo singing Bruno Mars” “Locked Out Of Heaven,” Corden asking Lopez if she really insured her butt, and Lopez teaching the late night host how to look like he”s in a music video.

The Jennifer Lopez “Carpool Karaoke” segment debuted on CBS Tuesday night in a primetime special celebrating one year of The Late Late Show with James Corden and spotlighting past editions of “Carpool Karaoke.”
