While visiting the Tonight Show couch to promote Independence Day: Resurgence, Jeff Goldblum decided to teach Jimmy Fallon his personal workout routine. But because he's Jeff Goldblum, everything about it is a little weird.
In fact, it's less a “workout routine” and more just instructions on how to make various parts of your body crack. In the video, Goldblum teaches Fallon how to crack his neck – the first step including sticking your finger in your ear, for some reason – and then, in order to crack his hip, goes on to do some subtle pelvic thrusts.
