Judge Sarah? Palin developing courtroom TV show

Former Alaska Governor/Vice Presidential nominee/reality show star/commentator Sarah Palin may soon have a new job – TV judge.

People is reporting that Palin has signed a deal for a Judge Judy-style show where she”ll be the one wielding the hammer of justice. While the program is still in development, the publication reports the producers, Warm Springs (Duck Commander, Gun Gurus), hope to have the syndicated show ready by the fall 2017.

A source told People, “It's a production deal…What happens next is she'll meet with stations, make a pilot and sell it.”

While Palin doesn”t have a law license, that doesn”t seem to be a deterrent for producers. The source added that Palin”s “wide appeal and common sense wisdom make her a natural for this kind of format.”

Palin has been no stranger to TV since losing in the 2008 election. She was host of Sarah Palin's Alaska and made frequent appearances on Bristol Palin: Life's a Tripp not to mention countless visits to Fox News.
