Sorry Dudebros, Marvel isn’t bringing back your white male heroes

The naysayers have been loud, but not as loud as the silent majority. While a certain segment of comic books fans have lamented the likes of Sam Wilson as Captain America, or Spider-Woman”s new outfit, or Thor being a lady, or Miles Morales in general…everyone else has been buying these comics in droves.

So when Marvel revealed the new line-up for ALL-NEW, ALL-DIFFERENT MARVEL launching at the end of their SECRET WARS event, it should come as no surprise to see more women and POC than you can shake a stick at.

Not only are fan favorites like Spider-Gwen and Ms. Marvel front-and-center, Marvel is doubling down by (re)introducing a new lady hero. Logan is stepping out his Wolverine suit and a woman is stepping in. Those tell-tale claws can only (probably) be X-23.
