Maryland's House of Delegates is responding to the Netflix drama”s threat to leave Maryland with proposed legislation that would, according to The Baltimore Sun, “allow the state to use eminent domain to buy or condemn the property of any company that has claimed $10 million or more credits against the state income tax.
