After the busy holiday season and the hectic Awards Season, it may be time for a nice, relaxing stay at the “Bates Motel.”
A&E’s “Psycho” prequel is returning for a 10-episode second season, and three new, brief teasers remind viewers that Norma Bates (Vera Farmiga) and her son Norman (Freddie Highmore) have their own disturbing idea of how to run a small business.
The first video (above) offers an adorable performance of “Mr. Sandman” by Mother and child, a peek inside Norman’s warped little mind, and a glimpse of some of the operatic violence and sexual ickiness to look forward to in the second season.
Clip 2: After carefully packing away his guns and drugs, Dylan Massett (Max Thieriot) sits down to a nice breakfast mom and half-brother Norman.
The third video finds Norma, Norman and Dylan spending some quality time on their hobbies and duties. Is that a weary traveler ringing the bell?
