One company dares to ask, “What if ‘Man of Steel’ hadn’t been gray and bleak?”

Remember way back in 2013, when Henry Cavill”s Superman costume was first unveiled? Even minus the red underpants, it was as bright and colorful as ever. But sometime between the end of principal photography and opening day, Zack Snyder and the post-production team dropped the celluloid into a vat of grit. The result was a dark and moody “Man of Steel.”

But what if they”d just left the color scheme alone? That”s the question VideoLab attempted to answer by re-saturating parts of the film.

VideoLab hopes “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” let”s Superman be as colorfully cheerful as the last son of Krypton deserves to be. But if the color contrasts on Wonder Woman”s costume are any indication, it”s back to the sepia mines for the Justice League.
