With the season premiere of 'Game of Thrones' mere hours away, there are a lot of loose threads ready to be tied up and even more about to unravel. And while what fate awaits our favorite characters is a mystery if you haven't read the books we can definitely rule out any of these ten absurd predictions. No matter how vehemently we as fans might wish otherwise.
