A couple of days ago, AMC teased their new show “Preacher” with a handful of tantalizing images for fans of the comic.
And now we have a full-fledged trailer.
Changes are inevitable in adaptations, ESPECIALLY when the main plot of the source material questions the nature of God and if mankind has been abandoned. We”re definitely backing way up in the lore if Cassidy is meeting Jesse in jail and the good Reverend seems to have a bit more of an edge to him. But has AMC strayed too far from Garth Ennis' vision? Or will this new take simply flesh out the world these characters live in?
