And it wasn't that she was running late. Ryan Seacrest outed the singer, stating her car had been sitting at the celebrity drop-off for at least six minutes. Meaning either Rihanna was working up the nerve to leave the car or needed to make sure all the cameras caught this accurate representation of a six-year-old girl's dream birthday party.
