The king of comic books just keeps chugging along.
Stan Lee, the man behind some of the most popular comics in history, today announced he”s introducing a new character, Nitron with Benaroya Publishing. Initially launched as a comic book, Lee and Benaroya are hoping the property will serve as source material for other media including TV and film.
While Lee is keeping details about Nitron close to the vest, the company said the character is a “highly intelligent and advanced species…who covertly live[s] amongst us here on modern day Earth.”
The first issue of Nitron will be available in comic books and on digital formats in January 2017. Future issues will come out each month.
