“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” is set to bring back the bitchiness (season premiere Mon. Nov. 4 at 8:00 p.m.), and this season fresh meat is being added to the mix: new Housewives Carlton Gebbia and Joyce Giraud are joining the cast.
