The first trailer for the sequel to 2014's hit “Neighbors” is here, and it looks like we're in for much of the same. Except this time, instead of a fraternity causing all the trouble, it's a sorority (or is that soroitity?).
Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne are back to play the couple with the worst luck in real estate, while a seldom-shirted Zac Efron returns to help them get rid of the new sorority next door, which is led by Chloe Grace Moretz.
“Neighbors 2” is due out on May 20.
