Pee-wee Herman and his seemingly ageless portrayer Paul Reubens are back in a Netflix-only movie. The first full trailer is here, and it looks exactly like the Pee-wee you remember (sans Playhouse).
Our hero lives quite happily in the town of Fairville and has never ventured outside of its borders (which means this won't be a continuation of the Pee-wee's Big Adventure universe) until the coolest guy ever (Joe Manganiello, probably playing himself) ventures into the diner where he works and encourages him to “live a little.”
He goes on vacation, attempts to drive to New York City, and hijinks ensue.
Pee-wee's Big Holiday comes to Netflix on March 18.
