Believe it or not, it’s been 13 years since Jason Biggs violated a pie and now Tara Reid and Thomas Nicholas are among the original “American Pie” cast members reuniting for the upcoming fourth film in the series, “American Reunion.”
The duo — who played a couple in the 1999 original — sat down with HitFix to discuss whether their characters Vicky and Kevin still have that special chemistry and how the latest film is more like the first film than the other sequels. Nicholas also dissects his role as the series’ straight man.
“Reunion” also includes original cast members Jason Biggs, Alyson Hannigan, Chris Klein, Eddie Kaye Thomas, Seann William Scott, Mena Suvari, Shannon Elizabeth, John Cho, Jennifer Cooldge and Eugene Levy. As for another sequel, Reid says, “never say never.”
“American Reunion” opens nationwide April 5.
