Last September, Chiefs Pro Bowl safety Eric Berry tore the ACL in his left knee in the first quarter of the team’s Week 1 loss to Buffalo, cutting his second season in the league excruciatingly short. Berry may have been physically incapacitated, but the mind remained active. In order to stave off insanity while he couldn’t play football, Berry reportedly wrote three screenplays and more than 100 poems. Quality of content notwithstanding, that’s impressive output.
KSK has obtained some of Berry’s works. Now, I’m no art cricket, so I’ll let you judge for yourself whether they hold merit.
