The Lions have done all sorts of Lions things in the first half of their opener against the Vikings. There’s been the requisite Ndamukong Suh cheap shot to undo a pick-six by Detroit’s defense. There’s been a Brandon Pettigrew drop. Joique Bell very nearly added to that by fumbling just as he was about to go into the end zone to close the deficit to 14-13 at half. It was initially called a fumble on the field, but replay showed that he broke the plane so the Lions will have to try slightly harder to mess things up the next time.
