Giants running back, and occasional shot put amateur, Brandon Jacobs was inactive for last night’s NFL event titled, “Someone’s Going To Fail Upwards” and that angered up some of his tough-core fantasy owners.
The now deleted account of @DMMeBoo (only more straightforward name would have to be @YouUP?) did the wussiest tribute to the opening scene of The Last Boy Scout ever. Not just because of the anonymous snark of Twitter, but because his follow up Tweets after Jacobs shared it to his followers were:
“BRO RELAX ITS NEVER THAT SERIOUS ITS JUST TWITTER MAN. I TRUELY APOLOGIZE I COULD NEVER ACTUALLY DO THAT. RETWEET THIS PLEASE”
“FORGIVE ME MAN ITS NOT EVEN LIKE THAT… REALLY IM TRYNA BE YOUR FRIEND !!”
“BRUH STOP PLAYING … YOU KNOW THAT AINT SERIOUS AND I APOLOGIZE. PLEASE ACCEPT?”
“BRANDON.. CAN YOU AT LEAST TALK ABOUT IT TO ME I REALLY DIDNT MEAN IT”
The only other heckling Jacobs received was from @_ericwhite
@_EricWhite F**k you and your fantasy team.. This is my real life..

If only Billy Cole had Brandon Jacobs’ “F**k You” fortitude. Maybe the L.A. Stallions would have gone all the way to the World Bowl or whatever.
