I dunno, if only there was this substance you can take, that alleviates pain, relaxes the body, has minimal reprecussions and is widely available in Colorado thanks to a governing law. You can take that and make watching Adventure Time seem more enjoyable.
Hey, giving their employees health benefits would raise the price of their pizzas 17 cents–if they passed on 100% of the costs to their customers, as all good businesses do! Fuck the customers and fuck the employees: we have to keep our profits.
@thebigcat: Owens is currently under a ham-sandwich contract with @Old School Zero, and I don’t know that Oakland has the pieces to pull off a trade. Also, I’m not entirely certain how the League treats luncheon meat for salary-cap purposes.
With Oakland’s cap space and likely boxes of leftover purple drank ingredients from JaMarcus Russel somewhere in the stadium, we might be able to come to an agreement. I’ll also accept one of Darren McFadden’s femurs (even though it’ll probably break).
I liked DRC in coverage, but the fucker would not tackle a runningback. Talib is much more physical. They paid market for those guys which always seems high, but I’m happy with the quality. Middle LB is still a weak spot. They are still enough under the cap to sign draft choices, but no more FAs until they cut some other folks.
I don’t have a problem with the O-line at all, except the need more depth and to replace Beadles. While Irving is a good hitter he is terrible in coverage, he is more back-up material since he can play either S or M, so to speak. I think they are in a position to OBEY THE BIG BOARD on draft day, but the really need depth in a lot of positions which they don’t have now.
The guy who streams in WEEI normally drives me crazy with the New Negland ass kissing media, but today was wonderful. Oh off season champs, The Patriot Way bullshit. My god stop it, you’ve been living off the previous decade for so long you think you can do no wrong. I hope Denver beats the shit out of them.
