If you watched NFL Network’s third day of draft coverage, you might have seen analysts Daniel Jeremiah and Charles Davis begin to assign draft grades to teams before the draft was even over. Starting in the late sixth round, Jeremiah and Davis started going through divisions assigning grades to teams, much to the dismay of Mike Mayock. If you think that sounds incredibly pointless, it’s worth noting that of the teams they graded – they only got through half the divisions – none of them were graded worse than a B-. Everyone passes! The AFC North got straight A’s in Professor Jeremiah’s class.
Looks like the NFL Draft is everyone’s safety school.
Charles Davis & Daniel Jeremiah just issued AFC East draft grades. Mayocks response: "That was the most meaningless segment we've ever had."
