A dispute between Teamsters Local 118 and the New York-based Wegmans grocery store chain turned ugly today when the union hired a plane to fly over Ralph Wilson Stadium with a “WEGMANS WANTS BUFFALO TO LOSE” banner. Wegmans’ PR team immediately went into overdrive denying the allegation, releasing a statement saying they believe their current offer to the union is a fair one and by taking to social media to reply to concerned fans.

The poor social media worker that has to cut and paste that repeatedly. Well, not that poor. Pressing CRTL-C and CRTL-V repeatedly has to be easier than being a Wegmans warehouse worker, even if it’s less dignified work.
