The Sean Taylor Memorial Meast for Week 6 is Tamba Hali, who had three and a half of the Chiefs’ 10 sacks of Terrelle Pryor as Kansas City continued its undefeated run with a 24-7 drubbing of the Raiders. An honorary mention goes to Chiefs fans for breaking the world record for crowd noise set in CenturyLink Field in Seattle last month. Nice to know the next time Seattle fans crow about being the loudest that there’s a handy counter.
Also receiving consideration: Cam Newton, Keenan Allen, Vernon Davis, Dwayne Harris
The Jeff George Memorial Least for Week 6 is the Colts receiving corps, which combined for five drops in Monday night’s 19-9 loss in San Diego. Tight end and occasional MMQB writer Coby Fleener had two himself, including the especially costly one in Chargers’ territory shown above at the end of the first half. A lot of blame for the loss also belongs to Indy’s defense for allowing the Chargers to have lengthy scoring drive after lengthy scoring drive. Even still, the offense only had to top 19 points and there were plenty of opportunities there without the display of stone hands.
