Along with the Bills and the Redskins, the Texans were one of the teams recently rumored to be the next subject of HBO’s “Hard Knocks” training camp documentary series. On Wednesday, a report from an ESPN reporter based in Houston indicates that the Texans indeed will be the team featured on the show.
The #Texans have been selected for Hard Knocks, per multiple sources.

While in the last few years, the series has been more carefully controlled by the NFL than it was in its best seasons, the Texans have enough compelling players to make things interesting. Arian Foster will likely have some amusing lines. Vince Wilfork is on the team now, and hopefully he brings his grill dance to the show. Then, of course, there’s J.J. Watt, who will find a way to be on screen 90 percent of the time yet still lecturing at some point about how the great players never court attention.
