Travis Kelce Fined For Tribute to Michael Keaton

In lieu of Michael Keaton’s performance in Birdman getting so much critical praise, Travis Kelce did the Beetlejuice hand motion in Sunday night’s loss to the Broncos as a tribute to one the finest actors to have been on Mister Rogers’ Neighbo(u)rhood:

For some reason, the NFL fined him 11k for the timely tribute, which seems odd because they didn’t bother fining or addressing Von Miller for his tribute to Kathy Bates in Misery on the same play.

Luckily, the Screen Actor’s Guild appreciates Kelce’s cinephile approach to the game and is helping raise money to pay the fine.
