Watch The Best Knockouts And Finishes From UFC 192

UFC 192 went down over the weekend and while the main event was an amazing back and forth ‘Fight of the Year’ candidate, the rest of the pay-per-view card was largely a disappointment. Fortunately for mixed martial arts fans, the action on the prelims portion of the card mostly made up for that. Five of the seven fights on the Fox Sports 1 and Fight Pass prelims resulted in stoppages — which is pretty damn good, especially considering every main card fight was a decision.

Let’s take a look at some of the amazing action you may have missed.

Rose Namajunas defeats Angela Hill via standing rear naked choke

Thug Rose is quickly becoming a force to be reckoned with in the women’s strawweight division. The best part of that division? Not having to face Ronda Rousey once you earn a title shot. Namajunas better watch out though — current 115-pound champ Joanna Jedrzejczyk is no joke either.

Adriano Martins KOs Islam Makhachev

It’s official: Adriano Martins has concrete in his hands, and he used them stones to take out Islam Makhachev in brutal fashion. Check out Makhachev’s leg almost Crocop’ing backwards as he falls. Good job by the ref stopping this one fast. Nothing good would have occurred if the fight had kept going.

Albert Tumenov KOs Alan Jouban

Check out this massive flurry from Tumenov that takes Jouban out. Even though Alan blocked the kick that started it all, the force went right through his arm and still messed him up. From there, Tumenov hits his opponent with half a dozen unanswered blows before popping his jaw 90 degrees to put him out on his feet.

Sage Northcutt TKOs Francisco Trevino

Sage Northcutt looks and talks like a Ken doll but fights like an animal. The 18-year-old UFC prospect ran through Francisco Trevino on Saturday night at Rousey speed, finishing the fight at 57 seconds of the first round. Trevino might not have been happy, but Sage would have just kept beating the guy up if it hadn’t have been stopped. Dude should be thanking ref Herb Dean for saving him from a concussion.

And then check out this flip:

So I hope you have all learned your lesson: Always check out the UFC prelims. They’re where some of the best action happens.
