Remember when Mario Lopez was pummeled after he announced that Deadpool would get a PG-13 rating? Just a month and a half after the April Fool’s Day prank revealed the movie’s real R rating, the Extra host posted an image on Instagram that makes it look like he still hasn’t learned his lesson:
