The first trailer for Joe Dirt 2: Beautiful Loser is here, and nothing makes sense, but that’s why people seem to love this character so much. When we catch up with J.D., as Dennis Miller’s talk radio know-it-all calls him, he’s raising three daughters with Brandy, but then a tornado whips through the trailer park, as they tend to do, and transports our mulleted hero to another time and place. That’s right, Joe Dirt is a time traveler now. Why? Because!
Along for this bizarre ride are Christopher Walken, Mark McGrath, and Patrick Warburton, among other somewhat familiar faces, and if you want to know how Joe makes it home, you’ll have to subscribe to Crackle before or on July 16. My guess? It involves a classic car, some ‘70s and ‘80s rock that we love ironically, and way more jokes about testicles than the one in this trailer. At least 10 times as many testicle jokes.
