“Before Zack Snyder turned one of the most universally beloved comic books of all time into a completely polarizing movie [Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice], he turned the most universally beloved comic of all time into… a completely polarizing movie: Watchmen.” That’s right, Watchmen is getting an honest trailer from Screen Junkies just shortly after they gave Batman V Superman a trip to the woodshed.
I’m one of those weirdos who liked Watchmen, but I’ll concede most of their criticisms are totally fair. Most of them. But I will not stand idly by while they besmirch Malin Akerman, who is comfortable with nudity and made out with Carla Gugino on a rooftop for charity. FOR CHARITY, Honest Trailers. How very dare you? And speaking of being comfortable with nudity, I didn’t have as much of a problem with the blue doctor dong as this honest trailer clearly has. Would they have preferred Dr. Manhattan was a never nude?
